New Blur rehearsals: Sunday, Sunday video.

Now playing: Laura Nyro - Map to the Treasure.

Sunday Sunday.

For Tomorrow.

Beetlebum.

Song 2.

Death of a Party.

Mellow Song.

I'd like to see Kings Of Leon, The Killers, U2 or any of these other bands (who everybody seems to revere) come within 5,000 miles of this, in terms of being great. Somehow, I know it will never happen.

Back off the wagon.

Now playing: The Beatles - Eight Days A Week.

Well, it was some time, but it seems that Pete has truly fell off the wagon once more. I honestly thought that he'd made progress, but it seems that Graham Coxon was right. He really is a scumbag magnet. I now doubt that he will ever really clean up, and I fear that now that everyone knows he is using again, the cockroaches will come out of the wood-work.

I hope he does clean up. The Libertines were one of the best bands of the decade, and they deserve to finish what they started, properly.

NB: I watched Imagine: John Lennon last night for the first time in years, and I was impressed/freaked out to see how much it has matured/aged (I post this to explain the current Beatles kick).
